Step 1 of 3 — the distance between the two mounting holes on your toilet bowl

How to measure: Lift the seat. Measure center-to-center between the two holes at the rear of the bowl. Most toilets: 145–175 mm.
Hole spacing (center to center) ? Measure from the center of one mounting hole to the center of the other, in millimeters.
Typical range: 135–185 mm. If unsure, measure both diagonally and horizontally.

Step 2 of 3 — depth from the mounting holes to the front edge of the bowl

How to measure: From the rear mounting holes to the front rim of the bowl. Should be ≥ 490 mm for best fit.
Toilet projection ? Distance from the center of the rear mounting holes to the very front of the bowl rim.
Measure from mounting holes to the front rim. Recommended ≥ 490 mm.

Step 3 of 3 — widest point of the bowl and its overall shape

Toilet width (widest point) ? Measure across the widest part of the toilet bowl (usually about 1/3 from the front).
Recommended 350–370 mm. Measure the widest point of the outer bowl rim.
